Hi everybody

Please, please can anybody let me know if they have found a really good pillow that helps the effects of IIH at all? Sometimes I think the way my head has laid at night determines if it is heavy or painful the next morning, so I am trying to find a pillow that may help!
I have tried several different ones already with no use so far - can anybody help?

Many thanks!

Han xx

I also had problems with sleeping and generally feeling very sore and uncomfortable until i bought a Large Contour Memory Foam Pillow. You can get them pretty much anywhere, i got mine from my own catalogue but you can also get them off the net here... http://www.bodycontour-memory-foam.co.uk/memory-foam-pillow-pillows.htm?gclid=CLDNqorY_o0CFQ0vlAod9xvZPQ (Do hope i havn't broken any rules re: adding live links, if so sorry)

I also have a memory foam mattress that really helps but they are very expensive (but worth every penny)
Hope this helps Hannah  hug
