IIH Support: Advice – Support – Help

Home of the UK support forum for Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension

Welcome to our member map!

The IIH Support forum has over 700 members. Many of our members come from the UK, but we have members from all over the world. Do you have IIH? Are you a member of our forum? Add yourself to the map and show us where you come from.

How do I add myself to the map?

On the map you should see a pop–up "speech bubble". The location of this speech bubble may reflect your current location, or it might reflect the location of your ISP's (Internet Service Provider) location. If the speech bubble isn't in the right place, click on "move this pin". You then enter your name, email address (your email address isn't displayed), upload a photo of yourself or an avatar, and a comment if you wish, and then click "okay". Your pin won't display straight away as all new pins are reviewed by the map administrator before being displayed to prevent our map being targetted by spammers.

You can zoom in and out of the map by clicking on the '+' and '-' signs in the bottom right–hand corner of the map, or you can use the scroll–wheel on your mouse to zoom too. You can even zoom to street level! Move around the map by holding down the left button on your mouse, and dragging the map around to the bit you want to look at.

View other people's pins by clicking on their photo or avatar on the left of the map (click on the arrow at the bottom of the photos to scroll down through them), or by clicking on one of the dots on the map to see who lives there.
