Please note, the IIH Support forum is run by volunteers, and we are not medically trained. We cannot answer medical questions or legal questions and we cannot provide individual email support. Please do not use the contact form to ask questions about IIH treatments, advice on medical matters, or general advice on matters relating to IIH. This form is for contacting us about news of IIH Support, problems with the forum etc.
If you have forgotten your forum password, please do not contact us, but click the "forgotten password" link on the forum login page. We do not know your password – passwords are encrypted in the forum database and we do not have access to them. Clicking the "forgotten password" link will take you to a page where you can request the resetting of your password. Your new temporary password will be emailed to you. Once you are safely logged in again you can go to your 'Profile' page and change your password to whatever you like.
